People have all sorts of responses to stress. Some people eat. Some people stop eating. Some people drink. Some people work out.
Me? I sleep. A ton. And let's just say I've been averaging 10-12 hours of sleep per night and I'm still worn out.
I'm focusing on trying to reduce my stress level in 2014 (I seem to be failing miserably, huh?), which required me to make a change to my day job work schedule. Unfortunately, the transitional phase has me working six days a week, while shooting every Saturday, and it's about to do me in! Luckily, I only have one more month to go and the end result will be well worth it AND leave me more time to focus on my photography clients.
In the mean time, if you need me I'll be in bed...
